All is Well

Perfect Ones

Even if the world starts to end, our own family will still be with us no matter what the tragedy is. They are the people that wish us the best of luck in all circumstances. We all do need a family that always supportive to you as you reach your goal. See, what are you now, is always a symbol of your family, all your characteristics, traits and hobbies. As for me, I, myself consider my family as a perfect one. Perfect as they help me understand the zigzag way of life.

My family is an average Filipino family like we were a strange little band of characters trudging through life sharing diseases and toothpaste, coveting one another's desserts, hiding shampoo, borrowing money, locking each other out of our rooms, inflicting pain and kissing to heal it in the same instant, loving, laughing, defending, and trying to figure out the common thread that bound us all together. Other things can shove us to evil but we are still end up to our family to beg for forgiveness and ask for opinions. We still need to keep their warm embraces and show them that they are really important to us, not for physical things but for everything even it is a mental or psychological problem we endure, we need them always. A friend can betray you, your love can break you, but your family will always be there for you. When everything goes to hell, the people who stand by you without flinching, they are your family. You, reading this blog, is remembered by your family and they are saying, ”You are special to us”.

I, being the eldest of my siblings, is blessed because I am the first
one to help my parents raise my siblings. Even my family had problems that really shocked our walls, we still manage to resolve them one by one. As I grow up, I know that the members of my family will drive their selves to their ultimate goal. Even I, will drive my own way. But as I build my own family, I will still reminisce the old times when my family had a smile on their lips as we talk to each other. Misunderstandings, quarrels, and jealousy are great factors to destroy a family but our walls are strong and firm enough to endure those pains. I am proud that I am a part of a strong group of people that stays strong together.

Dance with My Father

A Superhero of My Own

Every day in our lives, there is a guy who always works for your needs and protect you. A guy that has supernatural courage to earn a living for his family. And this guy is what we call, our dad. Our dad will almost do all for us. A father can even do the worst thing that he can do just to help us by giving our schooling and our daily meals. He is doing this because he envisions us to be a successful professional someday. In his own special day, we should make him happy as a sign of appreciation for all the sacrifices he had taken for us.

In his special day, I will give him the biggest hug that I can give. I will serve him for the whole day and even reminisce those moments together. I will give him a puppy as a sign of my love for him. As I do all of this,  A simple “Thank you” can complete my day. This is only the simplest way to say thank you for all he had done to us. We are going to stroll at the park while eating our ice creams. Going to the movies together with him is good but most of all, I want to play basketball with him. Since I have known to play basketball, my father won’t play with me. Playing against him would be a dream come true. For his special day, I will utter the words that I rarely say, “ I love you dad”.

Almost all the time, our dad works. Give our outmost care for him every day to make him comfortable after a grueling day at work. Without our father, we would be nothing. God gave us the right father that fits us. As time passes, we should make him feel that we love him. All I wanna’ do is to dance with my father, at the end of the day, I will say that I have the best dad in the world.

( I LOVE YOU PAPA!)

Just Another Year to Earn

 Just Another Year to Earn

What a summer it has been, and now, it is time to go to school. I’ve been dreaming about a perfect start to go back school ever since I went to high school. I encountered fear, awkwardness, disappointment and rejection in my first two years but ever since I took a step up and being a third year high school student, it felt differently. I met similar people but something touched my heart. We seemed to be delighted with each other and I don’t know the reason why! We just happy that after two months of non-stop entertainment, we reunite and simply just have fun! Now, we have new members of our family!

In my first two weeks of action in school, my atmosphere had been not the usual. I see faces that are not familiar with my eyes, my new classmates and teachers. I’ve been guessing for quite some time about the attitudes of my new classmates. But when I got along with them, I can see that we have a future in being good friends. I have a new girl classmate that I’ve been talking to. We have a great time. Similar with my new boy classmates, I enjoy talking to her. Our new teachers have been fabulous to us! They are not boring teachers. They can make us laugh but at the same time, we learn new things and even words of wisdom that we can use in our everyday lives. I can envision that this year is going to be a spectacular one!

In our life, we meet those persons that can give you a friendly advice. These are the persons who can understand your thoughts. They are the persons you meet when you are growing up. Others say that high school is the happiest and the most gleeful time of our life. Even though there are hardships, it cannot replace the learning and the bonding you have with the people you mostly hang up with. These people are your classmates and teachers. I am hoping that my Junior life will be the most memorable one!

~Special thanks to my greatest friends: Eyo, John Robert, Jordan, Allen, Jeo, Isaac, Alexis, Mary, Sheila and specially, Gab.

A friendship can weather most things and thrive in thin soil; but it needs a little mulch of letters and phone calls and small, silly presents every so often - just to save it from drying out completely.
